 SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

  • Do you provide tracking information? Yes, as soon as we ship your order we will email you the tracking information! Please note that tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email from us.
  • How long do orders take to process and dispatch? Regular orders typically take between 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. Custom orders can take longer. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for custom orders to dispatch.
  • How long does shipping take? Due to high demand of our products and that each one is handmade, please allow up to 5-14 business days for U.S. shipping and 10-20 business days for international shipping.
  • Why didn't my order come in one package? We ship your orders from various international warehouses. Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
  • What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit card companies as well as PayPal.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • I ordered the wrong size, can I get a refund or replace? We will exchange sizes for all products EXCEPT for custom made products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products as they are all final sale.
  • I ordered a custom product, can I return it for a refund? Unfortunately, no. All custom products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances.
  • How do I start a return? If you'd like to start a return, please review our refund policy.
